These fittings comprises of Body, Nut and two Ferrules – Front and Back ferrule. The main feature of Double Ferrule design is utilization of Front and Back Ferrule for entirely different functions while achieving an effective sealing - the front ferrule forms a pressure/vacuum tight seal between the fitting body and the tube and the back ferrule provides a forward push to the front ferrule thereby forming a tube-like structure and at the same time achieving an excellent anti-vibration feature.
