Our range of Instrumentation Tube Fittings are manufactured for leak-free connections for Process, Power and Instrumentation applications. The fittings are tested as per universally accepted norms for pressure and stress conditions. Our Range includes: double ferrule tube fittings, instrumentation pipe fittings, needle valves, manifold valves, ball valve and check valves.

Quality Assurance

Before manufacturing, raw materials are tested for their composition and properties by Neutral Inspection Laboratories for the conformation to their respective standards and only then the manufacturing is done.

Total accuracy in production and quality is maintained through the use of different measuring instruments and inspection gauges. All our products are 100% inspected – whether Fittings or Valves for their dimensional accuracy within the tolerance levels. Instrumentation Valves are 100% Hydro-Tested in the factory to check their compliance at the required working pressure, prior to despatch.

Packaging

We understand that packaging plays a significant role in ensuring the quality of products that are either shipped or transported to distant locations. Therefore, to ensure the quality of the products manufactured by us, the products are packed in export-worthy cases making sure that no damage shall occur to the products during transit.

Raw Material

Instrumentation fittings and valves are manufactured from materials like steel, stainless steel, brass, monel, inconel, hastealloy, etc. Raw material are tested for their composition and properties by neutral inspection and test laboratories for the conformation of materials to their respective standards and are only then accepted for manufacturing.
